Veles, 19.11.2023. Three days of Inspiration and growth have been carried out in the Modul I weekend seminar at Hotel Gardenia in Veles from November 17th - 19th, 2023. The seminar which had the goal to prepare the candidates within the Transition Support Programe on "How to have a successful internship" started Friday at 5pm and 22 outstanding graduates participated: 16 from Macedonian state universities and 6 from Kosovo state universities, The air in the seminar room was buzzing with excitement as we embarked on a journey of knowledge, connection, and transformation. Here's to the start of something extraordinary! Prof. Dr. Jovanov and Dr. Monika Arsov, the trainers of the seminar from University “Goce Delcev” - Shtip, had designed a tight and intense schedule for the candidates.

On Saturday, the candidates learned how to nurturing their careers and professional aspirations. This day unfolded a tapestry of insights on internships, career management, and development: Understanding the essence of internships and their invaluable lessons. Exploring career models to navigate the professional landscape. Eventually, on Sunday, Nov 19 - Unlocking Creativity and Solutions! The final day was a crescendo of creativity and strategic problem-solving: Exploring the essence of problems and unleashing the power of creativity; Understanding how creative change happens; Showcasing examples and engaging in exercises for creative innovations and of course, learning techniques for creative problem-solving. The latter included brainstorming, SCAMPER, COCD box, and evaluation matrix.

Project Coordinator Dimitar Kaljoshevski is optimistic after Modul I that the 22 candidates who brought their passion and curiosity to the seminar will work hard and effective in future to improve their skills and employability - and will be encouraged to start a career in their respective home countries Macedonia and Kosovo.
